These Terms govern your use of Amplis, a marketplace at amplismarketplace.com that connects brands with creators on X for marketing campaigns. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Amplis lets brands post campaigns and creators deliver sponsored content on X. Amplis verifies creator metrics through the X API, tracks contract fulfillment, and facilitates payments. Amplis is a platform; the contract for any campaign is between the brand and the creator.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must comply with the X Terms of Service and applicable advertising and disclosure laws (including clearly disclosing sponsored content).

Payments, escrow & fees

Payments are processed and held by Stripe. Brands fund campaigns; funds are released to creators upon verified delivery of agreed deliverables. Amplis charges a service fee on each transaction, disclosed at the time of the deal. You authorize Amplis and Stripe to process the applicable amounts.

On-platform conduct

To protect both parties and enable dispute resolution, campaign communication, files, and payments must stay on Amplis. Soliciting or arranging payment off-platform to circumvent fees is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Prohibited use

No fraud, fake engagement, misrepresentation of metrics, illegal content, or violation of any platform’s rules. Amplis may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Amplis does not guarantee specific campaign results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Amplis in the prior three months.

Termination

You may stop using Amplis at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for risk, legal, or security reasons.
