Amplis (“Amplis,” “we,” “us”) operates the creator marketplace at amplismarketplace.com, which connects brands with creators on X for marketing campaigns. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
X (Twitter) account data.If you choose to connect your X account, we use X’s OAuth to access your public profile (handle, name, profile image) and your public account metrics, such as follower count and public engagement statistics. We store an access token solely to retrieve this data on your behalf. We never post on your behalf or read private messages. You can disconnect your X account at any time.
Campaign and contract data. Information about campaigns, deliverables, linked posts, and verified performance metrics.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials; Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
Usage data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the app, used for security and to operate the service.
How we use information
To provide and operate the marketplace; verify creator metrics directly from the X API; match brands and creators; facilitate contracts, messaging, and payments; prevent fraud and abuse; and communicate with you about your account.
How we share information
With the other party to a contract (a brand or creator) to the extent needed to carry out a campaign; with service providers who operate the platform on our behalf (including Stripe for payments and our hosting and database providers); and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
X data use
Our use of information received from the X API complies with the X Developer Agreement and Policy. We access X data only as you authorize, and you may revoke access at any time through your X account settings or by disconnecting within Amplis.
Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and disconnect third-party accounts, by contacting us at the address below.
